I made the bun for my girlfriend for our 6 months together today and we both absolutely loved it! I had made a backup plan just in case as I was very skeptical about the cauliflower and almonds. I love your blog and recipes, they are WONDERFUL, however as a 15+ year BEDer, nuts are not a part of the program. Some folks can tolerate tiny amounts of soaked and sprouted almonds, but that's usually suggested as something to have after you've moved onto a latter stage, more like maintenance. But for those of us living gluten free/dairy free/soy free this is a treasure trove. I hope to find lots of recipes to try out on here that are nut free as well. Thank you!
